Shipping

We know, we don’t like the shipping costs in Canada either. But we do our best to keep them as reasonable as possible and don’t make money on shipping. 

Photo prints are shipped at a flat rate of $12.99 CAD (to anywhere in Canada).

From the time you place your order, we aim to have your prints in your hands within 7-12 business days. This includes the time it takes to print the photos (photo prints are made to order) and ship them to you. However, shipping times can vary depending on where you are located. 

During the busy seasons, the processing time may be slightly longer.

Our print partner takes the time to check the quality of the print and carefully package it. This takes time - but it’s necessary to ensure that you get the best prints every time.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email which you can use to track your order.

We currently ship within Canada only. If you are located outside of Canada, contact us and we’ll see what we can do!

Return Policy

We stand by the quality of our prints and the products in our shop. 

If you experience a problem with any of the products you ordered, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we know about it, we'll do our best to make it right.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of printed wall art because you don't end up liking the size of the print. Please measure your space carefully before placing an order!
